Ralph Pratt Hoagland III[2] (August 1, 1933 – January 17, 2020) was an American businessman.

Life and career[edit]

Hoagland was born in Boston.[3] He attended Princeton University and Harvard Business School.[4]

In 1963, Hoagland co-founded CVS Health along with business partners Stanley and Sidney Goldstein.[5]

Hoagland was the owner of the Orson Wells Complex[6] during the 1960s/1970s.

Hoagland died[7] on January 17, 2020[4] of posterior cortical atrophy,[8] at the age of 86.
