Dream Dubai is an online ‘shop and win’ platform that allows users to shop Modesh merchandise and win luxury prizes and experiences.[1][2] It is affiliated with Dubai Government through Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment.[3]
History[edit]
Dream Dubai was launched by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment on October 16, 2023 during GITEX Global 2023. It was established in line with the Dubai Digital Strategy of 2023 for paperless initiates[4] to digitize consumer participation in prize draw promotions that take place in the city during various festivals such as Dubai Shopping Festival, Dubai Summer Surprises, Eid in Dubai and National Day.[5][6][7][8]
In February 2024, Dream Dubai announced the launch of three prize draw campaigns on the purchase of Modesh shopping cards. A prize of AED500,000 in cash, a Suzuki Jimny, and a private hot air balloon ride.[5]
In April 2024, Dream Dubai partnered with the Channel 4 Radio Network for a AED1,000,000 prize draw campaign which became the largest single prize ever given away on radio in the UAE.[9][10]
