Armando Jesús Félix Holguín (born 11 July 1948) is a Mexican politician from the National Action Party. From 2006 to 2009 he served as Deputy of the LX Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Sonora.[1] He also served as municipal president of Cajeme from 1988 to 1991, and again from 2003 to 2006.[1]
