Mateusz Cieluch (born October 21, 1987, in Siemianowice Śląskie) is a Polish footballer who plays for Ruch Radzionków.

In the summer 2010, he moved to Ruch Radzionków from Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała.[1]
