Sarah Elizabeth Vibert (born February 1982)[1] is the chief executive of the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO), based in London, England. She was appointed to the post in March 2022, having held it on an interim basis since January 2021.[2] She has been a member of NCVO's staff since 2020 and was previously CEO of the Neurological Alliance.[3]

She is a trustee of The Trussell Trust.[1][4]
